Directions for Use

1. Perform hand hygiene before handling the urine drainage bag.
2. Remove the bag from its packaging and ensure the T-TAP drainage outlet is securely closed.
3. Using aseptic technique, remove the protective cap from the drainage tubing.
4. Connect the tubing securely to the funnel of the urinary catheter.
5. Check that the connection is secure before use.
6. Position or hang the urine bag at or below the patient's bladder level.
7. Monitor urine output using the clear graduated volume markings.
8. When emptying the bag, ensure the T-TAP is fully closed after drainage.
