The 3M™ Coban™ 2 Layer Lite Compression System (2794N) is a two-layer compression wrap designed to provide sustained therapeutic compression for up to 7 days, supporting the treatment of oedema associated with venous leg ulcers and related conditions.

This lite version delivers a 25% reduced resting pressure compared to standard Coban 2 systems, making it suitable for patients who are less tolerant of full compression, provided they have an ABPI of 0.5 or above. The compression layer is applied at full stretch, reducing variability between applications and helping ensure consistent, reliable compression each time it's used.

The thin, lightweight, and breathable sleeve allows patients to wear their own shoes, supporting a return to normal daily activities during treatment. Clinically proven to reduce slippage, this system is designed to stay in place and remain comfortable throughout extended wear.
